I was born and raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and love returning there in the summers to enjoy the beach. My first love was dance which led me to Florida State University… but fate intervened, in the form of an injury, and I redirected my concentration of study to Communications. I am a huge Florida State Football fan and I actually worked for the Sports Marketing Office at FSU to recruit football players. I think Coach Bowden is one of the most outstanding people I have ever met and I am so sad to see him leave. GO NOLES! I do enjoy writing and I’ve had an opportunity to co-write a book that actually became a New York Times Best Seller. “It's Not About the Truth: The Untold Story of the Duke Lacrosse Rape Case and the Lives It Shattered” You’ll find my name hidden in the forwards somewhere. My interests include cooking, video production, college football, photography, working out, traveling, water sports, salsa dancing, learning other languages, and my puppy.
