Hi Kate!

I just wanted to say “Thank you” to you and Kara for going above and beyond to keep us in the Yacht Club community. I was completely taken back when I listened to Kara’s message politely asking if there was anything that could be done to keep us at the Yacht Club. I have been fortunate to live in some great apartment communities, but I can certainly say that has never happened to me before! We really do love living here, and I appreciate your steps to keep us as residents. Things with work, and Brandon having to work down in Ft. Myers until a place can be found for him up here, have been really difficult and being able to transfer within the community, and still save financially, as I would have moving elsewhere, really helps relieve some of that stress. We have always had a great experience here, but this is just one more thing that shows how much you all really appreciate your residents.
